Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a 12-month contract in Hong Kong. You will own direct-sourcing for frontline roles across branches, customer service, and relationship management, building diverse pipelines aligned to current openings and future hiring plans.

You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, run end-to-end screening and interviewing, and ensure a compliant, high-quality recruitment process with a focus on candidate experience and employer

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of talent acquisition experience, in-house or agency.
• Proven experience hiring frontline or high-volume populations in retail banking, financial services, contact centres, sales or other regulated environments.
• Sharp candidate identification, engagement and interviewing skills.
• Confident managing multiple vacancies and shifting priorities without compromising quality.

A leading banking group is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join its People function on a 12-month contract. You will support the retail and wealth business, delivering a mix of high-volume frontline hiring and specialist recruitment.

The role

• Own the direct-sourcing strategy for frontline vacancies, including branch, customer service and relationship management roles
• Build diverse, sustainable talent pipelines that match current openings and future hiring plans
• Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements, agree sourcing approaches and deliver strong shortlists at pace
• Run screening, assessment, interviewing, selection and offer processes in line with banking regulations and recruitment controls
• Keep candidates engaged and informed at every stage to ensure an excellent experience
• Help shape employer branding and create recruitment marketing content, from job adverts to social media and campaign materials
• Plan and support career fairs, university activities and networking events
• Develop relationships with external partners, professional networks and community organisations to widen reach and support inclusive hiring

About you

• At least 7 years of talent acquisition experience, in-house or agency, with a strong record in direct sourcing
