Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program invites current university students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing digital assets space. You'll work on global campaigns, use AI tools for data analysis, and support merchandise planning with cross-regional coordination.

This internship offers networking opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to brand development, product ideation, and inventory management within a leading blockchain ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Creativity in merchandise and gift curation with ability to develop multiple product bundles.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin for coordinating with overseas partners.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong aesthetic sense and brand understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creative merchandise sourcing for global campaigns and propose innovative product combinations.
• Support communication with vendors and designers, evaluate materials and production, and follow up on sample development.
• Leverage AI tools to assist with data analysis, merchandise selection, cost estimation, and benchmarking.
• Consolidate merchandise requirements from different regions, track progress, and assist inventory management.
