Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong is seeking an Analyst to join the Taiwan Sales team, supporting institutional client coverage in Taiwan across FX, credit and rates, while building deep market knowledge and long-term client relationships.

You will coordinate with trading, research and syndicate teams, prepare market updates and client presentations, and analyze client needs to deepen product usage in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in markets is valuable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Support institutional client coverage in Taiwan across FX, credit and rates products.
• Develop relationships with asset managers, insurance companies, banks and other institutional investors.
• Prepare market updates, trade ideas and client presentations for sales meetings and discussions.
• Coordinate with trading, research and syndicate teams to deliver market insights and solutions.
• Monitor macroeconomic developments, market trends and client activity across Taiwan and broader Asia.
• Analyze client needs and identify opportunities to expand product usage and deepen relationships.
