Job summary

ICO Limited is seeking a Senior System Engineer focused on maintenance-oriented IT projects. The role involves planning, evaluation, and management for new and upgrade initiatives, plus production support for Linux and Windows servers and system monitoring tools.

You will liaise with users and vendors, prepare technical specs, and perform troubleshooting while contributing to IT security assessments and audits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' experience in IT infrastructure.
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT project management.
• At least 3 years of working experience in MySQL Server, Linux system administration, Microsoft Active Directory, server virtualization technology.
• At least 1 year of working experience in system implementation and maintenance support is preferred
• At least 1 year of working experience in IT security is preferred
• At least 1 year of working experience in Microsoft Windows server is preferred
• At least 1 year of working experience in Oracle Database is preferred
• At least 1 year of working experience in Storage Area Network technology is preferred
• At least 1 year of working experience in management and support of government projects, systems and services is preferred
• Strong, independent analytical and problem-solving skills
