Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead outsourced projects from inception to delivery.

You will coordinate system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation, working with business stakeholders to define scope, deliverables and plans, and ensure quality and compliance with requirements. The role requires strong vendor/contractor management, hands-on requirements gathering, and solid Java/Spring-based development knowledge to bridge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 6 years experience in application development and project management
• Proven experience in system analysis, design, and implementation for large-scale system development projects
• Strong experience in vendor and contractor management within an ICT project environment
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and preparation of functional and technical specifications
• Hands‑on experience in system development and software programming
• Solid experience in web application design, development, and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Java‑based application development using Spring Framework
• Good understanding of system architecture, infrastructure design, and network security principles
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
