Referment in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to support Windows and UNIX environments, end-user devices, AV and trading-floor tech. The role blends on-site user assistance with infrastructure administration and small projects.

You will work with global teams and vendors, investigate issues, and contribute to automation and reliability improvements while traveling occasionally to Singapore and Shanghai.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on systems administration across hardware, software, desk-side, AV, and conferencing support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve processes with curiosity and method.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• On-site availability Monday to Friday with occasional overtime and weekend work.
• Willingness to travel to Singapore and Shanghai.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person support for PC hardware, peripherals, software deployments, mobile devices, videoconferencing, AV equipment and trading-floor tech.
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Support Windows and UNIX servers, mobile devices, and communications infrastructure.
• Investigate complex issues and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements.
