Job summary

Referment in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to join our office. You will provide in-person PC hardware, software deployments and AV/trading-floor support while contributing to infrastructure improvements.

Collaborate with global teams and vendors, support Windows and UNIX servers, mobile devices and connectivity, and help users work efficiently while keeping systems reliable and secure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with hardware, software, desk-side, AV, conferencing and remote-user support.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Clear interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• On-site work Monday to Friday with occasional overtime and weekend assignments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Singapore and Shanghai.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support covering PC hardware, peripherals, software deployments, mobile devices, videoconferencing, AV equipment and data-centre work.
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues.
• Support Windows PCs and servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure.
• Investigate complex issues and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements.
