We are seeking an experienced Systematic Project and Product Manager to lead onboarding and support for systematic portfolio management teams, partnering with Portfolio Managers, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into technology deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional project management experience.
• 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably equities, futures, FX and electronic trading.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to map business workflows to technology components and data sources.
• Experience creating user specifications for development teams.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence; Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Portfolio Managers and cross-functional teams to onboard new systematic trading groups.
• Translate business requirements into clear technology deliverables.
• Track requests with status updates and target dates.
• Manage expectations and communicate with PMs, Business Management, and development teams.
• Serve as the primary technology contact for multiple PMs across infrastructure, data, and execution.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability between specifications and strategic objectives.
• Lead project management for bespoke platform builds supporting multiple PMs.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Systematic Project and Product Management team, focused on onboarding and supporting systematic portfolio management teams.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Portfolio Managers and cross-functional teams to facilitate the efficient technology onboarding of new systematic trading groups.
• Consult with users to understand, document, and translate business requirements and workflows into clear technology deliverables.
• Track Portfolio Manager technology requests, maintaining accurate status updates and clear target completion dates.
• Manage expectations and communicate effectively with Portfolio Managers, Business Management, and development teams.
• Serve as the primary technology contact for multiple systematic Portfolio Managers across infrastructure, systematic data, and execution.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability between functional specifications, business requirements, and strategic objectives.
• Lead project management for bespoke strategic platform build-outs that may support multiple Portfolio Managers.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of relevant professional project management experience.
• 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably supporting equities, futures, FX, options and electronic trading.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to develop a strong understanding of business workflows across products and regions, as well as related technology components including data sets, infrastructure, quantitative tools, and execution platforms.
• Proven ability to identify and solve problems while managing multiple projects and priorities within tight timeframes.
• Experience developing user specifications and business requirements for development teams.
• Familiarity with waterfall and Agile development methodologies, as well as tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to streamline project planning, communication, and delivery.
