Meet the Team

The Treasury department is responsible for equity financing, liquidity management, cash and collateral management, and counterparty risk. The Portfolio Finance team partners across the firm and with external financing counterparties to support efficient financing and securities lending activities across global markets.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Asian prime brokers and develop relationships with new prime brokers/lenders to maximize the efficiency across all financing products.
• Partner closely with Senior Portfolio Managers trading Asian equities, providing ongoing support and helping PMs to navigate the complexities of the Portfolio Finance space.
• Support strategic initiatives related to new products & markets and coordinate delivery across prime brokers and PM teams.
• Collaborate closely with the US and European Portfolio Finance desks to maintain a consistent global approach internally and externally.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in investment banking or buy-side investment management.
• Relevant experience in a CRM role with a proven ability to build deep relationships.
• Expertise in working effectively across business lines and functional teams.
• Excellent prioritization, organization, and relationship-management skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to deliver clear guidance and actionable next steps with exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
• Functional knowledge of prime brokerage, Delta One products, and Asian equity markets, including securities lending & related trading activities.
• Knowledge of corporate actions and a familiarity with regulatory developments is beneficial.
