Job summary

Millennium seeks an experienced Systematic Project and Product Manager to onboard and support systematic portfolio teams. You will partner with Portfolio Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technology deliverables, track requests, and maintain traceability across specifications and objectives.

You will lead bespoke platform builds, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and leverage AI tools to streamline planning and delivery across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
• 5+ years in financial services, equities, futures, FX, or electronic trading.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to map business workflows to technology solutions.
• Experience writing user specs and business requirements for development teams.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Managers to onboard systematic trading groups.
• Capture and translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
