Job description

System Integration - Operations Engineer

Regularly carry out vulnerability remediation and patch updates for operating systems, virtualization platforms, containers, middleware, and other components; complete comprehensive security hardening for servers, containers, virtualization platforms, and middleware across the entire domain. Continuously iterate system security baselines, eliminate potential security risks, and ensure a stable and secure operations environment.

Responsible for the daily operations, integrated deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of various software and hardware platforms including servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms, container clouds, databases, caches, email systems, and identity authentication systems.

Implement automated operations work, using Ansible for batch deployment and configuration hardening, as well as writing and implementing automated operations scripts.

Perform data backup and security protection tasks; utilize tools such as backup solutions, encryption, antivirus, and container security to enforce enterprise security operations standards; oversee security monitoring.

Independently handle various online emergencies and collaborate with the team to complete operations-related tasks.

II. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in system integration and operations.

Experience in building large-scale data centers (servers, networking, storage) is required; practical experience in deploying and operating oVirt virtualization and OpenShift container platforms is preferred.

Operating Systems: Proficient in mainstream Linux distributions, with hands-on experience in Oracle Linux, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, and Fedora CoreOS; skilled in system tuning, permission management, service deployment, and troubleshooting.

Cloud-Native & Automation: Proficient in virtualization and container cloud platforms; skilled in using Ansible for batch deployment, configuration hardening, and automated script development and implementation.

Database & Cache: Familiar with PostgreSQL and MongoDB operations; proficient in Memcached, Apache Ignite, and Mcrouter operations and performance tuning.

Security Operations: Hands-on experience with BareOS backup, OpenSSL encryption, ClamAV antivirus, and Twistlock container security tools; familiar with enterprise security operations standards. Additionally, knowledgeable in enterprise identity directory services, Postfix email operations, and security monitoring.
