Job description

A leading commerce group is seeking an experienced change leader to establish and run our global project portfolio for enterprise-wide modernization. Reporting to executive technology leadership, this role takes ownership of our global SAP S/4HANA program. Additionally, you will lead complex corporate IT initiatives, steering legacy systems, services, and vendor contracts toward complete operational and digital independence.

Key Responsibilities

• APAC PIC SAP on S4/HANA Deployment: Manage a large portfolio of SAP initiatives including SAP greenfield and enhancements projects covering SD/MM/FI/CO etc. As a Program Manager to manage vendors and technical teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• PMO Leadership & Financial Governance: Establish global PMO standards, maintain active RAID management, track realization of strategic benefits, and oversee the global IT transformation budget and change controls.
• Regional Change & Enablement: Drive effective stakeholders communication, build trust and sustainable positive relationships. Demonstrate patience, empathetic and innovation to think of different ways to get users' buy in, allow users easy-to-understand and adapt to minimise the operational hard times on business upon change. Design and execute cross-functional change management and growth-mindset workshops/ training initiatives to optimise system adoption across all regional offices and retail networks.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant disciplines
• Experience: 8-10 years in SAP Change Delivery & Management
• Proven track record in SAP S4/HANA implementation and upgrade, regional/ global scale of projects (prefer multi-regions with 2+ end to end cycle), gained in B2C, FMCG, consumer goods, chains, brands or multi-channel retailenvironments is a plus.
• Core Expertise: Experienced in Change Delivery. Effective change adoption on SAP ERP, facilitate pre and post implementation activities, effective communication with cross-regional users, understand different cultures, bridge them across and strategic in providing internal consulting services on mindset, workflow and best practices change. Possess both in-house and Consulting/ Vendor experience in a huge plus.
• Emerging technologies: Demonstrate strong knowledge and enthusiast in exploring new technologies for business adoption; previous track record in AI adoption (e.g. SAP Joule) on enterprise projects is a huge plus.
• Vendor & Commercial Acumen: Strong in project and vendor management.
• Languages: Native or fluent English speaker. Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is highly preferred.
• Personality: Energetic and upbeat hands on expert who possess quick adaptability and embracing new things.
