Job summary

HKEX is seeking a seasoned Senior Software Development lead to drive design, development and production support for its market systems. The role will oversee a team of developers across Hong Kong and Shenzhen, shepherding projects from requirements to deployment and ensuring robust, scalable solutions in cloud environments.

Qualifications

10+ years in software development and production support for large-scale systems.

Strong knowledge of Linux, databases, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead software development and project implementations, including business requirement analysis, resource and vendor management, application development, and documentation.
Design and develop systems using modern technologies, such as cloud platforms.
Collaborate with IT teams across projects on various aspects and provide production system support.
Lead and develop a group of software developers in Hong Kong and China (Shenzhen).
Undertake additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.
