Job summary

Jardine Engineering Corporation (JEC) seeks a System Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, integration and ongoing operation of our enterprise systems in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to ensure smooth connectivity and timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, enterprise application implementation, or application support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and strong ERP knowledge.
• Understanding of system integration, APIs, data migration, databases, reporting, and master-data concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Analytical and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Power Platform is a plus.

Position Summary

JEC is looking for a System Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, integration, and ongoing operation of our enterprise systems.

Working closely with the internal IT teams, and external solution partners, to support company operations. Oversee system integration activities, including troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring seamless connectivity.

The role reports to Manager, Enterprise Systems, within the Information Technology Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and system requirements gathering and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design, development and perform system test for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and other enterprise applications.
• Work with internal teams and external partners on solution design, system integration, and application enhancements.
• Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and system maintenance.
• Maintain technical and user documentation contributes to technical best practices and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• MUST possess hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and a good understanding of ERP or other enterprise systems.
• Good understanding of system integration, APIs, data migration, databases, reporting, and master-data concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage business analyst, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid system-delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Power platform as a plus.
