Job summary

Jardine Engineering Corporation (JEC) is seeking a project coordinator/engineer in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong to assist PMs and Site Engineers on BMU and lifting appliances projects. You will prepare documentation, coordinate with clients and contractors, and support site supervision through the project lifecycle.

The role requires an engineering degree, 1–5 years’ relevant experience, and a valid Safety Green Card.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–5 years of relevant engineering or project coordination experience.
• Holder of a valid Safety Green Card.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD; BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Site Engineer in the delivery of BMU and Lifting Appliances projects.
• Prepare and submit project documentation and applications.
• Assist in shop drawing preparation and coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders on project matters.
• Support site supervision and monitor site progress.
• Conduct site inspections and attend site meetings when required.
• Assist in project execution, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Provide general engineering and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in BMU, lifting appliances, E&M, building services, construction, or engineering projects.
