Job summary

Aptitude Asia Limited seeks an SVP to lead ESG Finance in Hong Kong. The role drives growth of the bank's ESG business across North Asia, overseeing transactions and regional initiatives.

You will market and develop ESG financing opportunities, coordinate with ESG teams, and ensure compliance with Green/Social Loan Principles, Transition Finance, and ESG disclosure standards. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, environmental science, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of banking experience.
• Extensive knowledge of sustainability finance including Green/Social Loan Principles, Transition Finance, and ESG disclosure standards.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (verbal and written).

Job Requirements:

• Less experienced candidates would be considered for a VP role.
