Job summary

Qeelin Limited, a fine jewellery house, invites a Supply Chain Assistant to join our Hong Kong team. You will support supplier coordination, PO processing, invoices, and data entry while maintaining accurate records and cross-checking information.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above, 1–3 years’ supply chain experience, and strong English and Mandarin communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 1-3 years of working experience in supply chain.
• Professional attitude and great team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-minded, multi-tasking, good time management.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with suppliers on planning, PO, and invoices management.
• Handle data entry and document filing, data cross-checking.
• Provide clerical support in the department.
• Perform ad-hoc projects linked to supply chain as required.
