Job summary

Qeelin Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Jewelry Product Development Assistant Manager to drive the full development lifecycle from concept to sampling. You will work closely with designers, sourcing, and production teams to translate sketches into high-quality pieces.

The role requires managing timelines, BOMs, cost input, and ensuring standards compliance. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in jewelry product development, familiarity with PLM, CAD tools, and strong attention to detail in a luxury

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, Materials Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of product development experience in jewelry.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers to translate sketches into manufacturable pieces.
Lead end-to-end product development: materials sourcing, feasibility, prototyping, cost engineering, pricing input.
Manage sampling timelines and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Develop and maintain tech packs, BOMs, CAD references, finish requirements, and quality benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with jewelry standards and ethical sourcing.
