Job summary

lululemon in Hong Kong is seeking a data-driven Analyst for the Supply Chain Reporting and Analytics team. You will create and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated tools to support Sourcing, Production, Costing, and Manufacturing excellence.

You will extract and analyze data from multiple systems, partner with IT and global teams, and help drive fast, data-informed decisions to scale growth and improve margins. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years in analytics, reporting, or supply chain.
• Strong Excel skills with data manipulation and automation.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools beneficial.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports, dashboards, and operational tools for Sourcing, Production, Costing, and Manufacturing Excellence.
• Extract, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple systems.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Identify trends, summarize findings, and inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and IT to meet reporting needs and ensure data governance.
• Maintain documentation and data definitions for consistency.
• Identify data gaps and propose improvements to reporting processes.
• Coordinate with global teams on system upgrades and reporting impacts.
