Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead a data-driven culture across APAC, providing insights to shape marketing, sales channel and guest experience.

You will develop and maintain APAC Power BI dashboards, run statistical analyses, support forecasting, and collaborate with global data teams to ensure reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, or Data Analytics.
  • 3–5 years of experience in delivering data analytics.
  • 1–2 years of experience with Customer Data Platform and/or large data warehouse.
  • Experience with developing PowerBI dashboards.
  • Advanced data manipulation skills with Excel, SQL, Python and ability to apply statistical models.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain APAC enterprise Power BI dashboards across sales, guest and product.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and data deep-dives to answer strategic questions and provide commentary.
  • Support quarterly and annual guest forecasting models for business planning.
  • Collaborate with global data teams to align data definitions and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Deliver clear reports and presentations for managers and senior leaders.
  • Interact with multiple teams to drive data-driven decisions and growth.

about this team

As a Senior Data Analyst you will be a leader in creating a data-driven culture, providing support and actionable insights to help shape the performance management of the business. You will bring the power of analytical insights, and help drive how we continue to evolve marketing campaign, sales channel and guest experience across our APAC portfolio.

core responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain APAC enterprise Power BI dashboards across sales, guest and product
  • Conduct statistical analysis and data deep-dives to help answer strategic question regarding business performance and provide commentary in our regular business performance review cycle
  • Support the quarterly and annual guest forecasting model to assist with business planning
  • Collaborate with global data teams to ensure alignment on data definitions and reporting accuracy
  • Deliver clear & concise regular reports and presentations for your manager, stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Interact with and support a variety of teams and individuals within the organization to make data-driven business decisions aimed at growth
qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, Data Analytics
  • 3-5 years of experience directly related to delivering data analytics
  • 1-2 years of experience with Customer Data Platform and/or large data warehouse
  • Experience with developing PowerBI dashboard
  • Advance data manipulation skills with Excel, SQL, Python and ability to apply appropriate statistical models/algorithms for insight generation
