Qualifications

The business is investing heavily in data-driven decision making and is seeking an analytics professional to drive data governance, operational visibility, and business intelligence across quality, packaging, sustainability, and cost management functions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a centralized, reliable source of operational data across quality, packaging, sustainability, and costing functions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate operational needs into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with digital and technology teams to streamline data collection processes and support automated data pipelines.
• Drive data quality initiatives, governance standards, and process improvements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, operational risks, and business improvement opportunities.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and management reporting tools to support real-time decision making.
• Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership teams, turning data into actionable business strategies.
• Track key performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• >2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, operational reporting, or data-driven process improvement roles.
• Proven experience working with large datasets, data integration projects, and business reporting frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Looker Studio/Data Studio, Excel, Power Query, Google Sheets, and related reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL (BigQuery) and modern AI-enabled analytical tools is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence business decisions through data insights.
• Fluent English is required; Mandarin, Cantonese, or French would be advantageous.
