Job summary

Headsearch21 Consultancy Limited owns a long-standing partnership with a premier Hong Kong property developer in Central. The role seeks an experienced security operations leader to uphold protocols and protect people and assets across all on-site functions.

You will supervise the security workforce, ensuring daily operations align with internal benchmarks and KPIs, while coordinating with Facilities and external vendors to maintain high-quality, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a related field.
• 8–10 years of office security operations experience.
• 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and oversee security protocols to safeguard personnel and assets across on-site activities.
• Supervise on-duty workforce to meet internal benchmarks and KPIs.
• Oversee work quality and compliance for security teams and vendors.
• Coordinate with Facilities to resolve building faults promptly.
• Administer access clearance for staff, vehicles, contractors and suppliers.
• Document incidents, analyze root causes, and ensure emergency measures comply.
• Manage daily operations, rostering, performance tracking and audits.

Job description

My client is an established well-known Hong Kong property developer with premium Grade-A commercial portfolio located at Central district.

Job responsibilities

• Uphold and oversee the organization’s security protocols to safeguard personnel and assets across all on-site corporate activities and functions.
• Supervise the on-duty workforce to guarantee their daily operations align with internal benchmarks and agreed KPIs.
• Oversee work quality and conduct compliance for the operational shift team, security control room and outsourced security vendors.
• Carry out thorough premise inspection and coordinate with the Facilities team to resolve all identified building faults promptly.
• Administer access clearance protocols for internal employees, company vehicles, external contractors and third-party service suppliers.
• Document all security incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure all emergency response measures comply with corporate security requirements.
• Administer daily operations of security officers and patrol & investigation crews, covering duty roster planning, performance tracking and regular on-site audits.

Job requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder, 8-10 years’ office security operation background with 3-5 years in managerial position.
• Experienced in supervising security workforce, team training and daily operational management
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
