Job summary

Clearwater Analytics Hong Kong Limited seeks a client services professional to manage inquiries related to P&L NAV calculations, investment accounting, and market topics. You will coordinate with clients via email and phone, delivering timely solutions and maintaining strong relationships as ENFN/CWAN users.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and excellence in English and office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Financial/Business-related field.
• Working experience with hedge funds, fund admins, and prime brokerage would be a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries & requests on topics including P&L NAV calculations, investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Handle incoming client inquiries via email and phone calls.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to client problems.
• Complete operational tasks such as account setup, client lockouts, compliance, and reconciliation validation.
• Collaborate with clients to build relationships and enhance their experience as ENFN/CWAN users.
• Navigate knowledge bases and internal tools to proactively resolve client queries.
• Manage workflow based on productivity and quality metrics; prioritize high-importance or critical work.
• Address more complex client queries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries & requests on various topics across P&L NAV calculations, investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Responsible for incoming client inquiries via email and phone calls.
• Deliver in timely and effective solutions to client problems.
• Complete operational tasks such as account set up, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation validation.
• Collaborate directly with clients to build valuable relationships and enhance their experience as an ENFN/CWAN user.
• Effectively navigate through knowledge base and documentation, using internal tools and resources to proactively solve client queries and problems.
• Manage workflow based on productivity and quality metrics; organizing your day to prioritize high importance or critical work.
• Deal with some of the more complex client queries.

Required Skills

• Strong client servicing skills, able to comprehend client inquiries and clearly articulate solutions and/or workarounds to clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to conceptually relate the client business case with system functionalities and limitations.
• Familiarity with buy-side operations workflow is preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of fixed income and equity investments; a basic knowledge of alternative security types preferred.
• Prior experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
