Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Hong Kong is seeking a client services professional to support clients on P&L NAV calculations, investment accounting, asset classes, and market topics. You will serve as the primary contact for inquiries and work to provide timely solutions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via email and phone, performing account setup and compliance tasks, and collaborating with clients to strengthen their ENFN/CWAN experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Financial/Business-related field.
• Working experience with hedge funds, fund admins, and prime brokage would be a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries on P&L NAV calculations, investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Handle incoming client inquiries via email and phone.
• Deliver timely and effective solutions to client problems.
• Complete operational tasks such as account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation.
• Collaborate with clients to build relationships and enhance their ENFN/CWAN experience.
• Navigate knowledge base and internal tools to proactively solve client queries.
• Manage workflow by productivity and quality metrics.
• Deal with more complex client queries.
