Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Hong Kong and Singapore seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to demonstrate CWAN capabilities to institutional asset managers and asset owners. Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in a sales engineering or implementation role focused on front-office technology (OMS, PMS) serving traditional asset managers & asset owners.
• Experience in complex, enterprise sales in FinTech space covering front, middle, and back offices.
• Strong understanding of asset manager operating models, investment lifecycle and vendor landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes.
• Willingness to travel onsite to meet with prospects and clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for stakeholders in institutional asset managers and asset owner prospects.
• Lead technical discovery sessions; document operating models, business requirements and pain points.
• Evaluate customer needs with a consultative approach; collaborate with sales on strategy and deliver solution-led demos.
• Gather product requirements from prospects and interface with product team to address gaps.
• Collaborate with deal team to develop competitive strategy to win the deal.
• Understand CWAN platform differentiators across lines of business and evolve domain expertise.
• Prepare high-quality responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Demonstrate strong technical acumen and adapt demos to client needs.
• Build trusted relationships with procurement through delivery, showing value of CWAN.
• Use metrics to show cost/time reductions or scalability improvements for clients.
