Beijing Urban Construction Group (BUCG) seeks an experienced site operations supervisor to plan, implement, and monitor daily activities on major building projects in Hong Kong. You will lead a front-line team of 15–20 staff, ensuring productivity, discipline, and teamwork while coordinating with sub-contractors for progress, safety and quality.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years in building projects, familiarity with substructure and ABWF works, and knowledge of OSH regulations.
Plan, implement, and monitor regular site activities to ensure smooth daily operations and project progress;
Lead and manage a front-line team of 15–20 staff, ensuring productivity, discipline, and effective teamwork;
Conduct and coordinate in OP and FSI inspections
Coordinate and monitor the work tasks as specified in the plan;
Coordinate with and manage sub-contractors for progress, safety and quality.
Requirement:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Building projects;
Familiar with substructure and ABWF works;
IOSH/MEBOSH safety certificate is a plus
Familar with OSH regulations and site operation procedures;
Independent, mature and good problem solving skill;
Good command in English & Chinese, preferred in Mandarin.
