Job summary

Egis, via its 10 Design unit, seeks an Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Hong Kong and Shenzhen studios, ensuring a professional, well-supported environment. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and facilities to streamline processes and manage vendor relationships.

The role focuses on office administration, procurement, and cost-control while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and internal communications across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in office administration, facilities management, or corporate support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Experience with procurement, vendor management, and contract coordination across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle and ability to coordinate with HR, IT, and admin teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the Shenzhen office and support events outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Hong Kong and Shenzhen studios.
• Manage office lease administration and liaison with landlords and building management.
• Supervise receptionist and office support functions to maintain a professional environment.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, workstation setup, and access arrangements.
• Lead facilities, procurement, and supplier management activities in line with PR/PO processes.
