Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a Youth Worker to support school programmes focused on student outreach, mentoring and engagement. The role involves coordinating with SDT and A.S.P.I.R.E teachers to run after-school activities, observe student welfare and promote positive school connectedness.

You will manage the A.S.P.I.R.E Room, ensure safety and cleanliness, document attendance, and produce regular reports including semestral student summaries, monthly activity logs and termly evaluations,

Responsibilities

• Engage primary school students during recess, lunch breaks and after school to promote school connectedness.
• Observe student interactions and support socio-emotional needs as identified by the school.
• Escalate welfare or behaviour concerns to designated school personnel per protocols.
• Maintain and manage the A.S.P.I.R.E Room during recess, after-school hours and holidays.
• Collaborate with A.S.P.I.R.E teachers to provide leadership opportunities through room management.
• Plan, enact, monitor and evaluate A.S.P.I.R.E activities aligned with MOE safety guidelines.
• Maintain attendance records and adapt programmes for diverse learning needs.
• Prepare individualised A.S.P.I.R.E reports, monthly activity reports, termly evaluations, and inventory reports.
