Job summary

Delta Capita in Hong Kong is expanding its APAC Structured Products business and seeks a seasoned Structured Products Documentation SME to join our global team.

You will draft and maintain templates for Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Summaries, and KIIDs, while managing a workflow pipeline and collaborating with senior stakeholders across client organizations. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Structured Products issuance and documentation.
• Drafting/templating of: Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Summaries, KIIDs and related docs.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, legal and operations.

Responsibilities

• Draft new and maintain/update documentation templates for Structured Products to facilitate automation.
• Review templates for accuracy against client base templates and trade details.
• Manage a pipeline of work, adhering to deadlines and providing status oversight.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business, legal, and operations to deliver high-quality services.
• Champion innovation and process improvements, leveraging technology to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate globally to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across regions.
• Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and traditional written) would be a plus but not mandatory.
