Job summary

Delta Capita is expanding its Structured Products team in APAC and seeks a Structured Products Documentation QA to join a global team. The role focuses on creating and refining templates, ensuring accuracy against client templates, and delivering high-quality documentation for Tier 1 banks.

Based in Hong Kong or Singapore with a hybrid working model, the role involves collaborating with business, legal and operations, and driving automation and process improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with structured products issuance and documentation.
• Experience drafting/templating Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms and issuers' summaries.
• Proven stakeholder management across legal, business and operations.
• Highly organised with ability to manage complex workflows and multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Chinese language proficiency (spoken and traditional written) is beneficial for engagement and review.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain/update documentation templates for structured products to support automation and standardisation.
• Review templates for accuracy against client base templates and trade details.
• Manage a pipeline of work, adhering to deadlines and providing status updates.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, legal and operations to deliver high-quality services.
• Champion process improvements and leverage technology to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate globally to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across regions.
