Job summary

Delta Capita is looking for experienced ISDA Documentation Negotiators in Hong Kong. The role focuses on the negotiation and management of OTC derivatives documentation including ISDA Master Agreements. Candidates should have a strong command in derivatives documentation and a commercial risk management understanding.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple negotiations independently, and possesses strong communication skills to engage with client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in ISDA documentation negotiation.
• Strong command of the ISDA Master Agreement.
• Experience negotiating VM CSAs under EMIR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation of ISDA Master Agreements with counterparties.
• Draft and review ISDA documentation including Schedules and Credit Support Annexes.
• Manage documentation compliance with relevant regulations.
