Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, financial engineering, management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with a strong knowledge of the insurance industry.
• MBA from a top-tier institution is preferred, though not required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects.
• Core consulting skills: slide design, document storytelling, problem solving, analytics, modeling.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

• Define opportunities and improvements within the insurance framework.
