Job summary

FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks a skilled FP&A professional to support management accounting reporting, planning and forecasting across the business. You will handle data from multiple sources, design templates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Actuarial, IT and Operations to ensure accurate analytics.

Proficiency in PowerBI and advanced Excel is essential, and Big4 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Big4 experience preferred.
• CFA/CPA/Actuarial qualification is preferred.
• Financial reporting or FP&A experience in insurance/financial sector.
• Experience with BI tools and AI-enabled analysis.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support management accounting reporting, analyses, business planning and forecasting.
• Handle data from multiple sources to support wide range of sales analysis and management reporting.
• Design, build and maintain analysis templates for decision-support needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Actuarial, Products, IT, Operation, Channels) for data readiness.
• Support AI/advanced analytics tools to enhance analysis, forecasting and reporting efficiency.
• Assist managers in day-to-day tasks including variance analysis and ad-hoc requests.
• Contribute to process improvements and data governance.
