FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to support management accounting, planning and forecasting. You will handle data from multiple sources and build templates for insightful sales analyses and reporting.

Collaboration with Actuarial, Products, IT, Operations and Channels is essential to ensure data readiness and accuracy. Experience with BI tools (Power BI) and AI-enabled analytics will enhance forecasting and reporting efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree holder with 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Candidates with Big4 experience are preferred.
• Attained a professional qualification (e.g. CFA and/or CPA and/or Actuarial).

• Support FP&A in management accounting reporting, analyses, business planning and forecasting.

• Design, build and maintain analysis working templates that meet management’s analytical and decision-support needs.

• Assist managers / supervisors in executing day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks, including business planning and variance analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements, data governance and overall enhancement of the FP&A function.

The Job

To support the Managers / Supervisors in performing management accounting reporting, analyses, business planning and forecasting. Handle and process data from multiple sources to support wide range of sales analysis and management reporting. Design, build and maintain analysis working templates that meet management’s analytical and decision-support needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including Actuarial, Products, IT, Operation and Channels) to ensure data readiness and accuracy for all FP&A purposes. Support the application of AI / advanced analytics tools to enhance analysis, forecasting and reporting efficiency. Assist managers / supervisors in executing day-to‑day and ad‑hoc tasks, including business planning, forecasting, variance analysis and other ad‑hoc requests. Contribute to process improvements, data governance and overall enhancement of the FP&A function.

The Person

• Bachelor's degree holder with 5 years of relevant work experience.


• Candidates with Big4 experience are preferred.


• Attained a professional qualification (e.g. CFA and/or CPA and/or Actuarial).


• Financial Reporting or FP&A experience, preferably in insurance company / financial sector.


• Experience in BI tools (e.g. PowerBI) and using AI tools preferred.


• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power point.


• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.


• Able to works well under high pressure and fast‑paced environment.


• Detail minded, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
