Job summary

WeLab is seeking an experienced FP&A professional in Hong Kong to lead planning, forecasting and performance analysis. You will support budgets, multi-year plans, and strategic projects using driver-based calculations and market insights.

You will develop concise management reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive data accuracy, transparency and automation across FP&A outputs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A or management reporting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Team player with analytical thinking, good communication and risk awareness.
• Fluent English and Cantonese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Support annual budget, rolling forecast and multi-year plan.
• Develop concise management reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with risk, treasury and other teams on data and assumptions.
• Improve recurring reporting via automation and templates.
