Job summary

FWD Group invites applications for an FP&A-focused role in Hong Kong. You will support management accounting reporting, forecasting, and planning, handling data from multiple sources, and designing templates for decision support.

You will collaborate with Actuarial, Products, IT, Operations and Channels to ensure data readiness and accuracy, while applying AI/advanced analytics to improve forecasting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of relevant FP&A experience (Big4 preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management accounting reporting, analyses, and forecasting.
• Manage data from multiple sources to support sales analysis and reporting.
• Design, build and maintain analysis templates for decision support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Actuarial, Products, IT, Operations, Channels) to ensure data readiness and accuracy for FP&A.
• Assist applying AI/advanced analytics to enhance forecasting and reporting efficiency.
• Support day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks including planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Contribute to FP&A process improvements and data governance.
