Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (or similar)
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Asset Management, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications industries preferred but not required
• Familiarity/experience with range of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Willingness to travel
• Initiative to learn new skills and apply existing ones
• Creativity and ability to generate novel ideas to solve client problems
• Aptitude for analytical work and data-driven insights
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a talented team
• Fluency in English required; Cantonese & Mandarin Chinese preferred

Responsibilities

• Managing the execution of individual project workstreams: developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses; conducting primary and secondary research; surfacing insights
• Synthesizing findings into written presentations and reviewing with clients and stakeholders
• Supporting the Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality execution
• Reporting to Engagement Managers and Principals, seeking guidance for technical expertise or senior-level advice on project execution and client engagement
