• 8-10 years of relevant experience in top-tier strategy consulting or Life/General/Health/ Reinsurance/Asset Management sectors.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a respected institution.
• Thematic expertise in Strategy, Operations and Financial Effectiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex client projects with timely execution and alignment to objectives.
• Oversee project modules: develop hypotheses, collect data, analyze for insights.
• Collaborate with Partners to deliver high-quality consulting services.
• Engage directly with clients, present findings and nurture executive relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to foster growth and collaboration.
