Job summary

KOS International Holdings is seeking a highly motivated Wealth Management Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. You will analyze requirements, optimize wealth management processes, and support digital and operational solutions across advisory, portfolio management, client onboarding and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, IS, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of business analysis experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products (equities, bonds, funds, ETFs, structured products, insurance).
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements from wealth management stakeholders.
• Create BRDs, functional specs, user stories and process flows.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops with business users, product owners and tech teams.
• Support initiatives across portfolio management, investment advisory, client onboarding, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, QA and vendors; support Agile/Waterfall delivery; participate in design, testing and UAT.
• Analyze client and operational data; develop reports and dashboards; support regulatory reporting.
• Build relationships with business users, operations, compliance, risk and tech; provide status updates.
