Job summary

Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (H.K.) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Analyst-Associate, Fintech Business Analyst (Wealth Management) to lead digitalization and AI transformation of WM processes.

You will design and build workflows with cross-functional teams, translate complex requirements into deliverables, and perform as PM/BA or a hybrid PM/BA. The role involves daily data analysis and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' work experience; less experienced candidates will be considered for a junior title.
• Knowledge of brokerage business and internet trading; AI framework knowledge is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
• Strong command of Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

Responsibilities

• Digitalize and drive AI transformation of WM processes.
• Design and build workflows with cross-functional teams including business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology.
• Perform as PM, BA, or hybrid PM/BA, translating complex requirements into deliverables.
• Support daily data analysis requests and develop regular data analysis reports.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
