Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking a Wealth Management Business Analyst in Hong Kong to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. You will analyze requirements, optimize wealth management processes, and support digital and operational solutions across advisory, portfolio management, onboarding, and regulatory reporting.

You will gather requirements, document BRDs and user stories, conduct gap analyses, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of business analysis experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products including equities, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, insurance and investment products.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from wealth management stakeholders.
• Create BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users, product owners, and technology teams.
• Support initiatives related to portfolio management, investment advisory services, client onboarding and KYC, risk profiling and suitability, financial planning, CRM and digital wealth platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and vendors.
• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies; participate in solution design, testing, and implementation.
• Analyze client, investment, and operational data; develop business reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from wealth management stakeholders.
• Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users, product owners, and technology teams.

Wealth Management Solutions

• Support initiatives related to:

Project Delivery
