lululemon Athletica Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a senior Talent Acquisition professional to own full-cycle recruitment across levels, including leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and drive multi-channel sourcing while upholding our brand and values.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in both Agency and In-house Corporate Office Talent Acquisition, ideally within retail, consumer, direct-to-consumer or similarly dynamic environments.
• Experience working in recruitment agency is highly preferred.
• Regional/APAC Office recruitment experience preferred but not a must.
• Proven ability to independently manage a complex recruitment portfolio across Supply Chain, Commercial and supporting functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects or initiatives from concept through execution, including process improvement, external partnerships or Talent Acquisition programs.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Data-driven, highly accountable and comfortable influencing business leaders.
• Innovative, curious and strategic thinker who leads through the company's core values.
• High level of interpersonal effectiveness and English proficiency, with the ability to communicate, influence and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups

Responsabilidades

• Own recruitment data accuracy and ATS upkeep, maintaining requisition and candidate activity.
• Design and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract passive and active talent.
• Deliver a distinct lululemon candidate and hiring manager experience reflecting our brand and culture.
• Identify and lead Talent Acquisition projects from concept through completion.
