Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Coordination within Shipping/Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and logistics operations and standards.
• Outgoing and personable with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Maintain relationships with shipping companies and clients.
• Facilitate progress and execution of specialized projects for timely completion and quality.
• Assist Sales with operational charges and address customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare service quotations in response to client inquiries.
• Support Finance in accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments.
• Monitor customer satisfaction assessments for key clients and drive improvements.
• Manage procurement and maintenance to ensure continuous service supply and cost efficiency.
