Job summary

Regal Hotels International is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead senior-level recruitment across the organisation (Hotel and Real Estate). You will partner with senior stakeholders, develop job descriptions, and optimize sourcing channels to deliver high-quality hires.

The role requires hands-on delivery with strategy and execution ownership, reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, in a fast-paced hospitality setting in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition with exposure to senior-level hiring.
• Experience in hospitality or people-intensive industries is a plus.
• Strong hands-on recruitment capability across multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and critical positions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define role requirements and market conditions.
• Build and maintain job descriptions and competency-based assessment tooling.
• Drive sourcing channel strategy including referrals, agencies, and job boards.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and guide hiring managers to improve process.
• Manage recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
