Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui is seeking a Human Resources professional to recruit and select top candidates within budget, while building a comprehensive Associate Journey and supporting the Director of Human Resources.

The role requires a university degree in HR or Hospitality management, at least 2 years in hotel HR, strong administrative and communication skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese. An HR Assistant track is available for candidates with less experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR or Hospitality management.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in hotel industry.
• Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication in English and Cantonese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Create a rewarding Associate Journey with the People Brand by recruiting and selecting the best candidates at the right time within the budget
• Lead the recruitment strategies and outline the marketing plan for attracting and developing talents
• Drive associate engagement by introducing and mastering associate activities
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates at all levels
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the Division and ensure the implementation of office administration, hotel policies, and procedures are aligned with hotel standards
