Job summary

CGS International Holdings Limited is seeking a risk and compliance professional in Hong Kong. The role focuses on establishing and refining the risk monitoring framework in line with SFC requirements for authorized funds and private mandates, and implementing HQ risk management standards.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Risk Management.
Minimum 2 years’ risk management experience with SFC type 4 and 9 licenses.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and improve risk monitoring system per regulatory requirements.
Implement HQ risk management requirements.
Collaborate with legal, operations and investment teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage compliance reporting and filings to regulators.
Investigate breaches, analyze, and propose actions or preventive measures.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compliance and risk management.
Develop and implement training programs on compliance and risk management.
