Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a Revenue Analyst - Long Stay to optimize revenue for Rosewood Residences and K11 ARTUS. You will perform analysis of occupancy, rate, length of stay and performance, turning data into actionable recommendations that balance occupancy and profitability.

Collaborate with the Complex Director of Revenue Management and Complex Director of Residential Marketing, maintain forecasts, and support budgeting and scenario planning for the long-stay portfolio while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in hospitality, business, finance, analytics or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in hotel Revenue Management, reservations, distribution or analytics.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong luxury hospitality and extended stay/lease market preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare long-range analysis for Rosewood Residences and K11 ARTUS long-stay performance, including occupancy, rate, revenue, length of stay and variance to forecast/budget.
• Support pricing and inventory recommendations by reviewing demand patterns and renewal activity.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and identify material risks, opportunities and changes in demand assumptions.
• Analyze account, source market, unit type and length-of-stay performance to support portfolio decisions.
• Monitor competitor serviced-residence pricing and Hong Kong market trends and summarize implications.
• Evaluate enquiries, extensions, renewals and need-period opportunities to support occupancy and rate growth.
• Produce accurate performance reports, dashboards and presentation materials for revenue and property reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, Finance and Operations to validate data and align assumptions.
• Support annual budget, business planning and scenario analysis for the long-stay portfolio.
• Maintain data quality across revenue management and reporting systems.
