Ocean Park Hong Kong is seeking a Merchandise Planner to join the Retail Operations Planning Team. The role focuses on stock allocation, demand forecasting, and settings of POS/retail systems to support daily operations across outlets and eShop platforms.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales and stock performance, maintaining master data in SAP, and coordinating with teams to implement integrated promotion programs. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.

• Assist in master data maintenance in SAP and POS system.
• Perform inventory management related tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• The incumbent will work under the Planning Team of Retail Operation Department in Ocean Park and will be responsible for
• Handle stock allocation and consolidation for retail outlets to maximize sales and sell-through rate of stock
• Handle POS and retail systems settings to support daily retail operations
• Assist in demand forecast and order planning to support the operation of souvenir, skill game, photo and eShop business under the department
• Conduct regular sales and stock analysis for measuring product and promotion performance
• Assist in master data maintenance in SAP and POS system
• Perform inventory management related tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of demand forecast and stock allocation experience with knowledge in retail performance metrics is an advantage but not essential
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details
• Good interpersonal and coordination skill
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP and POS application is an advantage
• Strong technical skills with ability to handle various retail system settings to facilitate integrated promotion programs
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
