Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead a growing restaurant portfolio in Hong Kong. You will develop and implement annual business plans, align budgets with corporate goals, and drive profitability across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Admin, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in regional operations leadership within chain restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of multi-unit operations and cost controls.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans, operational strategies, and budgets for assigned restaurant operations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, providing insights and recommendations.
• Oversee operational expenditures and cost controls to hit revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability across multiple locations.
• Evaluate staffing requirements and optimize manpower allocation for efficiency and service excellence.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to support strategies.
• Drive profitability by managing food costs, labor, utilities, and other expenses.
• Establish and manage performance management systems for regional teams and operations.
• Oversee loyalty, prepaid card sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and food safety.
