Chow Tai Fook Group in Hong Kong seeks a Manager, Business Strategy & Project Management to partner with Senior Manager, Project Management and support COO Office projects. You will act as the primary contact for assigned projects, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery using Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies.

The role requires strong PM skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive transformation within a large retail organization.

Formación

• Minimum 3–4 years in retail or large corporate groups with PM experience.
• Alternatively 1 year in a consultancy with strong PM skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal resources across streams to deliver multi-projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues; implement contingency plans.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and provide recommendations.
• Develop and implement PM processes and best practices.
• Identify new project opportunities based on market trends.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare management updates and decks.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines during execution.
